RUN!

And run lots, I see 100's of adverts for boot camps and obstacle training plans. But if you cant run a 10 km road race in 45 mins you are not going to run a 10km obstacle course in 45mins. Yes, upper body strength will help with certain obstacles, but you will make up the majority of time running.
